We are recruiting for a company specializing in industrial logistics that is dedicated to providing transport and logistics solutions for national and international brands.

Main responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Collections Manager, you will perform cash-collection tasks for the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal. 

• Client portfolio management in a multinational environment;
• Ensure payment deadlines are met;
• Receiving customer complaints and forwarding them to the respective subsidiaries;
• Obtaining missing accounting information from clients - telephone and email;
• Arguing and imposing the position of subsidiaries with diplomacy, and complying with good manners;
• Properly record all complaints received either by phone or email;
• Follow-up on customer accounts;
• Identify solutions to the problems presented;
• Establish a network of internal (SSC and Subsidiary) and external contacts (Customers).

Requirements to be sucessful:

• Experience in cash-collection position;

• Good knowledge in finance;

• Customer Orientation;

• Pack Office, Excell;

• French (C1/C2) – mandatory;

• English;

• Rigorous, strong analytical capabilities and ability to solve problems.
