• Context

What?

A pre-employment internship (6-months minimum) including a theoretical and practical training on the IT application support job during the whole duration of the internship.

So, “IT Application Support”, what is it exactly?

The IT application support Analyst is the central point between IT Development teams, Infrastructure and Business Teams.

He/She is responsible for the smooth running of all processes and IT systems as well as day-to-day business activities and functional flows.

How?

At the beginning of this internship, Alenia Consulting will train you on the theoretical concepts of the IT application support profession.

You will then be in full immersion within one of our end clients, a major European player in the banking sector.

Throughout your internship, Alenia will accompany you to ensure your integration and training.

You will be trained by our best IT production experts and discover an exciting job acting as a central hub between dev, infrastructure and business teams.

The internship should start by mid-April 2023

Who ?

• Graduated students in IT, computer science, or equivalent scientific curriculum.
• Rigor, autonomy, curiosity, implication, team spirit, synthesis spirit, sense of service are a must have
• A knowledge of the IT Systems, Databases, Operating systems
• Interest in working in the banking sector
