Let us start by introducing ourselves: based in Porto, Natixis in Portugal is a Center of Expertise whose mission is to transform traditional banking by developing innovative solutions for Groupe BPCE business, operations and work culture worldwide, as a key driver of the company’s culture of agility and innovation: a perfect fit in Portuguese labour culture. Teams of IT, Banking Support Activities and Compliance work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms.

Following the success of Natixis Networking Events in 2022, they can only be a must in 2023! You’re more than welcome to join our next Networking Event, on February 17, aimed at junior and senior profiles. You’ll be able to meet our Ambassadors, Hiring Managers and Recruitment Team, while catching a glimpse of what is it like to work at Natixis in Portugal. These will take place in our wonderful office, in the heart of the city of Porto, so you can expect an exclusive tour and plenty of surprises!

Well, we can reveal the first one: you’ll be able to travel around 12 cities during the same day. We’re rethinking the way we use our office in face of our hybrid ways of working and thus inaugurated our Villages, a disruptive and innovative concept of workplace.
