French Team Leader | Lisbon

Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring French and English speakers for a role of French Team Leader for it's international telecommunications client, based in Lisbon.

 You might just be who we are looking for.


As a Team Leader your main tasks will be:

  • Management, support, organization, and further development of the assigned team
  • Management of approximately 10 to 20 employees
  • Constant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectives
  • Regular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of employee process know-how
  • Discussions on performance and objectives with each employee
  • Guarantee quality and quantity standards within the team
  • HR Responsibilities: time and Absence management, involvement in recruiting process
  • Coordination of customer requests in respective internal departments and responsibility for service and process improvement measures
  • Optimization of existing processes


Your qualifications:

  • Languages: French / English
  • Specialized sales training or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management and in a call center
  • A strong service mentality and customer orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office
  • Great motivation
  • Determination
  • Strong initiative and implementation
  • Enthusiasm and positivism
