Fund Manager Officer | Lisbon

France Titrisation is a Management Company dedicated to the French securitisation vehicles (Organismes de Titrisations). France Titrisation is fully owned by BNP Paribas Securities Services and is a part of the Corporate Trust Services Debt business line.


  • Periodic operational and administrative management and first level controls

o Control and analyses of the loan or receivable portfolio (transaction’s active)
o Management of financial flows and treasury
o Calculation of the fees, interests and financial instruments exchanges (SWAP)
o Accounting of the transaction (movements, controls and reconciliations

  • Implication in the transaction modelling at closing

o Creation of the template for instructions and information to counterparts
o Creation of accounting aggregates (provisions), plans and flows
o Creation of transaction controls follow-up

  • Regulatory reporting

o Validation of annual and semi-annual reports for audit purpose

  • Periodical Reporting to economic actors

o Rating Agencies
o Bloomberg, Reuters
o Investors via France Titrisation website


  • Education: College Degree
  • 1 or 2 years of professional experience in Securities Services (will be a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience (Accounting/Finance will be a plus)
  • English Intermediate
  • French Fluency is mandatory
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Cash accountancy or you have a previous experience in fund accounting (will be a plus)
