Senior Application Support Engineer

Missions

Participate in the Operators' projects under the guidance of the Project Director and/or Project Manager of BPCE Managed Services and Technologies in the construction and production phases of application evolutions

Ensure the availability of technical resources ʘ Analyze and correct incidents in levels 2 and 3

Logical Security Officer – BPCE-IT

Job Description

We are looking for a Logical Security Officer (local contract) to work within our Infrastructure & Security business unit in Porto.

Logical Security Officers (LSOs) are part of the IT Security teams in Natixis in Portugal. The LSOs are the main point of contact for access rights requests from end users. They are also the team in charge of creating and maintaining access profiles on Natixis' IAM system - creating business profiles for teams or advising project teams on the access rights model for new applications.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access permissions in our IAM system; 
  • Coaching users on the usage of our self-service platform for access rights requests; 
  • Creating and maintain access profiles in our IAM system. Creating and maintaining business profiles for use by teams; 
  • Maintaining and improving the access rights model of corporate applications as needed;

QA Test Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Test Lead to lead a team of 3, consisting of one functional QA and one QA Engineer. IT Risk Analyst

Job Description

The Groupe BPCE DSG provides the second line of defense (LoD2) regarding IT risks (including cyber risk), business continuity, safety of staff and premises and external fraud.

The Groupe BPCE DSG oversights all the entities of the Group, which includes the retail banking (such as the French Banques Populaires and the Caisses d’Epargne), but also the global banking (such as the CIB or the Asset and Wealth Management).

The TRM center of expertise (CE TRM) coordinates LoD2 operations (risk analysis, level 2 controls, action plans, security reviews, etc.) for all group establishments that have adopted the Technology Risks Management (TRM) model.

The DSG works in close collaboration with the entities of the Group (BPCE-IT, BPCE SI, IT departments of Natixis and BPCE SA, etc.), and the Operational Risk departments.

The G-TRM team at Natixis Portugal oversees operating level 2 controls of TRM type for all the entities covered by CE TRM. These L2 controls are related to all taxonomies covered by CE-TRM and policies validated on BPCE Groupe.

As part of the G-TRM team, you will be part of the Security Design & Delivery team, working alongside our global Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Security Operations teams. Your mission consists in supporting the TRM Center of Expertise (CE TRM) located in Paris, by performing Security by design activities.

  • Owning the security architecture deliverables within SI’s cloud Center of Excellence strategy

Supplier Accountant

Job Description

Team presentation and main goal:

You will be responsible for the accounting management of supplier invoices, settlements and fixed assets of Natixis SA.

Main tasks and goals:

The Supplier Accountant manages the accounting records: invoices, reminders, etc.

Its main missions are:

  • Verification of accounting consistency, tax and legal rules applicable to invoices and fixed assets;
  • Validation of accounting records and payment of invoices in accordance with procedures;
  • Account justification, analysis and documentation;
  • Monthly provisioning of accrued liabilities and accrued income;

Business Management Officer

Job Description

The CIO Office is a transversal department, working for the IT of the group. This aim of this area is foster a consolidated view of IT, that is split in various business units, enabling enhanced management and communication for the scope.

The CIO Office operates in close connection with the support functions, to promote more efficient channels of communication for management control.

The main areas of scope of the CIO Office are: Project based management, associated with resources, activities and planning control. In addition, it includes control activities associated with KPI implementation and monitoring, financial and Budget control. As well, the CIO Office aims to harmonize the practices and rules, to facilitate a cross-cutting understanding of the challenges and the needs.

Main tasks and goals:

The Business Management officer will work within the CIO Office in close connection with the DSI Corporate business unit, that is responsible for the internal IT of Groupe BPCE. It covers three main functions: CIO Office, covering the development of transversal tooling for activities such as budgeting and resources management, IT Finance, that supports all accounting, regulatory and management reporting and IT Risks, which supports the development and maintenance of tooling used for the trading activities monitorization, as well as the regulatory requirements compliance.

You need a clear understanding of the business, activities, and processes of DSI Corporate.
