New Hub for Streamig Service - French Speaker | Lisbon
Our client is a well-known worldwide brand that serves its consumers by bringing the world’s most beloved characters and timeless stories through best-in-class direct-to-consumer streaming video services. You will be part of a multicultural and dynamic team based in Lisbon, and your daily tasks will be to provide multi-channel support to users of our client streaming service.
Your future project
- Answering queries from customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot.
- Professionally grow within a unique project where will receive consistent guidance and feedback from our dedicated team leaders.
We are looking for
- Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
