We are looking for our new Talent Acquisition Consultant (M/F) to support our international development in the financial consulting area and in the recruitment support for our Clients.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Interview Clients to agree about the profile to be hired, understand the values and the strategy of the company and meet the team concerned by the recruitment, in order to define the job requirements to be published,
• Define the recruitment strategy for each profile to be hired,
• Define a research strategy with a specific package for each offer,
• Write, promote and publish the job opportunities through the best communication channels according to the targets,
• Define interview guidelines and organize psychometric and written tests as agreed with the Clients,
• Organize and carry out interviews with the candidates,
• Create, follow and maintain a constant relationship with the candidates throughout the entire process,
• Develop the candidate sourcing network,
• Support and participate to the integration of the colleagues into our group.

Your profile

• You have a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or another similar field ((Bachelor's/Master's level),
• You have one or more professional experience(s) in a similar position,
• You are familiar with the legal and regulatory labour rules (tax, administrative and social)
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office,
• You have experience working with specialized recruitment tools (ATS: Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools,
• You are independent,
• You have good writing skills and you are rigorous,
• You speak English and French.
