Talent Acquisition Specialist | Lisbon

Ayming is the leading international consultancy firm specialized in Business Performance. We constantly create and implement new ways to bring extra and authentic Sustainable Business Performance to our clients. With about 1.400 employees working over 15 countries, our Brussels office activity keeps growing and we are looking for our new Talent Acquisition Specialist to work from Lisbon.

The goal as a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to lead and coordinate the recruiting process for all open positions in Belgium. You will attract and hire skilled employees and pro actively build active talent pools to meet current and future business needs. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Marketing team to build a strong employer brand.

Your missions will be:

• Analyzing the recruitment needs, writing and posting of Job Posts on the appropriate job boards,
• Sourcing (hunting has no secrets for you), prequalification, interviews and candidate selection,
• Ensure optimal communication with all internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process (candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues …)
• Participation in cross-functional HR projects to improve and develop recruitment processes, employer branding,
• Coordination of the recruitment plan and its strategy, (school relations, KPIS, HR mobility, sourcing strategy….)

Qualifications and skills :

• Previous experience in recruitment
• Perfect communication skills in English and French and/or Dutch
• A strong appetite for hunting and employer branding vision
• Attentive, reliable, loyal, result-oriented
• Dynamic and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative and proactive
