Your responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer
• Source talent that match with the requirements for each vacancy using a variety of innovative strategies
• Manage job postings on a variety of online platforms
• Create Job Descriptions
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
• Check candidates' skills and language level through phone calls
• Perform online and face-to-face interviews
• Understand each client's needs and expectations
• Work towards monthly and weekly targets
• Participate in Business Development tasks

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English & French
• Background in HR (studies or experience)
• You are willing to learn and grow.
• You care for people.
• You are positive, proactive and organised.
